sb know, how to disable IPv6 (CLI) on WLC9800-40? SW 17.4.1 IOS-XE Bengaluru. GUI Global Config do not works.

Did you try "no ipv6 unicast-routing" in CLI?

This was introduced with 17.3.1 and after:

wireless ipv6 client --> allow the traffic "Default"
no wireless ipv6 client --> stop the traffic

This option is for centrally switched networks (as of 17.9.4a).

vWLC(config)#no wireless ipv6 ?
client Disable wireless client IPv6 traffic on Wireless controller (centrally switched)

How do we disable IPv6 on flex-connect radios/WLANs that are locally switched by the APs?

@LukaszC Well according to me instead of same issue ,this is a none issue in the sense that the controller will not handle or not be able to handle ipv6 if there are no networking configurations for it , either for it's own networking , or client provisioning ,
