AP ios cannot be upgraded

Hello, AP3802i ios needs to be upgraded. The command "archive tar /xtract tftp://10.1.1.1/AIR-AP3800-K9-ME-8-10.tar flash:" cannot work. Looks like the AP does not have this command. Please see below, Any solution? Thank you

I would advise you to do it through rommon. do you want to do it remotely?

is this AP joined WLC ? or standalone?
