Both those values are really good throughput. How do you test it? simple speedtest or doing longer duration iperf?

Also what client do you use for testing? does the client supports WiFi6?

HTH

You will never get consistent values with Speedtest. That number can change if you move further away from the ap or if the server is utilized. You should look at iPerf to test local speeds that does not test speed over the internet. Don’t think that just because you have a WiFi 6 ap and client that you will see gigabit speeds. The numbers you have are pretty good.

Hi,

I've been also struggling with same performance issues. I have just swapped my 2802 with embedded WLC for 9120eWC and I see download speeds drop by half. Testing from same desk as previosuly. Although the link negotiated by my laptop is 1200Mbps and steady with Signal Strength: -47 dBm Signal Quality: 43 dB. I had tried forcing 5Ghz radio to 160Mhz width, but then SSID would not show up. I have commited pretty much all "best Practices" for apple devices, but no luck 😞

BTW, I have noticed the secondary 5Ghz radio is in disabled state. I don't know if that's because of enabled FRA, or if it was disabled by default after clean deployment.
