Mobile phones random drops WLC 5520

Hi All,

Have some interesting things going on with wireless and I'm trying to figure out if it's something with our WLAN config we have the following equipment:

- WLC 5520 ver. 8.5.161.0

- APs are AIR-AP1815I-B-K9

We're mainly noticing this on our guest wifi as we have that setup for Web-Passthrough so the user has to authenticate via email and agree to terms. A few things we're noticing is if we're sitting at our desks and the phones are idle, when we pick it up to unlock it I notice the wifi turns off and switches to LTE and a few seconds later it reconnects, what is causing it to do this? never really seen this before.

Also, if we're connected to guest wifi and roam throughout the building we're getting some reports of users having to re-authenticate on the web page, i believe we need to enable sleeping clients but still testing this feature out on a different SSID.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated, if more info is needed let me know.
