One AP Operation Status is down

Hi One AP c9130 Operation Status is down though Admin Status is up. This AP has same tag as other AP in c9800 wlc system. Anyone can take a look at below screenshot?

- Reboot the AP , and issue show logging on it just after it has booted, you may get useful info's

its showing speed 100mbps - any chance this AP connected to a different switch than other APs.

the below is log got from the AP when it reboot. Looks like the AP is disconnected with antenna(no antenna). Not sure this is reason.

Finally I confirmed the status down is not related with antenna(ap is c9130axe, it needs antenna). After resetting to factory and reset, it is up. but if we do not reset, it is possible to let it up? in another word, is this configuration issue or something else?

It could be a bug. I mean, after all, the AP is running 17.5.1 firmware.

- That is not a full boot log because there's no mention of power negotiation.

- Your screenshot shows you're running it at 15.4W so at best you will get 1x1 on both bands - complete waste of a 9130.

- You need minimum 25.5W POE+ with USB disabled to get 4x4 and 8x8 or 30.5W UPOE if you want 4x4 + 8x8 + USB.

Lower left-hand corner of the screen shot is "Power Type/Mode" and it says 15.4w.

Disable the APs USB port and you will be able to "gain" 3.3w.
