AAA-Domain-one user issue

We are using ACS and WLC for wireless client authentications, The issue here is with single user, His credentials are not working in his laptop but they are working in other devices. The interesting part is other user credentials are working in his laptop. At first I thought it could be the domain issue since he is not able to authenticate but the user credentials are in domain-wireless group and working fine in other devices and if you say it's issue with the laptop/adapter other users credentials working fine in it.To my knowledge its not the issue in AAA server also but I feel something need to be done in his laptop for his credentials only. I am unable to sort out this issue since the system administration in not my field of work I have very less knowledge in this area. I have checked EAP-FAST profile and recreated it, No result for his credentials but other credentials are working fine.

Help me in sorting out this.
