AP Login Credentials on 9800

I have a 2802 AP that is associated to a 9800 controller. I am trying to log in to the AP, but get the message:

No valid user found, please configure a valid user from Controller

I cannot find this setting anywhere in the controller. (Of course, I know where it is on AirOS!) A little help please!

You Login to Administration to AP ? when the WLC Mnaging the AP, you can not Login to AP - or you trying something else ?

You need to determine which Policy Tag your ap uses.

on "Monitoring-->Wireless--> AP Statistics" check "AP Profile" section

config on WEBUI:(It is better to use ssh, some models do not support telnet)
