Cannot access Catalyst c9800 wlc by gui

Hi, I am configuring C9800 WLC from scratch. Now PC can ping the WLC, but cannot access it by GUI. the below is initial

config for http, Anyone can take a look at the config and check if there is some step wrong? Thank you

C9800(config)#crypto key generate rsa modulus 2048 label web
C9800(config)#ip http secure-server
C9800(config)#ip http secure-trustpoint web
C9800(config)#crypto pki trustpoint web
C9800(ca-trustpoint)#enrollment selfsigned
C9800(ca-trustpoint)#rsakeypair web
C9800(ca-trustpoint)#exit
C9800(config)#crypto pki enroll web

can you post-show run and show version. also please confirm you are not using any proxy?

try below :

#ip http secure-trustpoint CISCO_IDEVID_SUDI

#ip http authentication local
