AP 2802i constant reboot with error: Hardware is NOT Cisco

Hello,

I have an AP 2802i that worked perfectly until was rebooted and now is not booting.

I did found the bug "CSCuy03596" , but no solution for.

I cannot request replacement because of missing contract support for APs.

Do you have a solution for updating the firmware from u-boot?

if you get chance upgrade the version suggested in the bug to fix.

The AP had the 8.5.131 version, when crushed. But still, I cannot do it over u-boot. Seems the option is not here.

So, no chance for fix it?

RMA the AP.

The AP is covered under Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty.
