I have a Meraki MX68CW router that i have configured and set up for wifi use. I am running into an issue of certain laptops and phones are not connecting to the internet. I have 4-5 computers phones and laptops connected, but others will "connect no internet". I have tried disabling and enabling it. I also rebooted the laptop to try and ensure that the needed systems is up to date. I apologize if this is not the correct board for this.

So you mean some of them connected and working or non of them working or some of them working ?

Do you have meraki dashboard, in the RF settings look bottom of the page you can modify the 802.1XXX modes if you have AB / N or AC depends on the model and test it

Some work fine, others connect with no internet. I do not believe I have the dashboard. I apologize, I am somewhat "techy", but definitely not a computer genius, lol.

how do you manaing Meraki MX ? working vs not working what is the difference ?

do you have a different VLAN?

open a Case with Meraki Team they are very helpfull.
