    <description>&lt;P&gt;So from your screen shot, you are using 802.1x, so what radius server are you using and what does the log show when there is a failure?&amp;nbsp; What other devices are working with the same SSID and profile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What controller model? What AP’s do you have and also what model ipad and firmware? &amp;nbsp;Any newer model iPads working fine or iPhones by chance? &amp;nbsp;You want to start isolating the issue and see what is and isn’t working and finding any similarities. How you also looked at the radius logs for those devices?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The iPad have several versions of models and the operating systems range from 14.4 to 14, .&lt;BR /&gt;WLC controller models are a 5508 and we use APs AIR-CAP2702E-A-K9 and AIR-CAP2702I-A-K9.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
