Hi Everyone,

Iam facing an issue with my one plus phone connectivity with Airnoet 1852i

The firmware details of access point is 8.10.xx

The android IOS version is android 11

The following error are showing once connected to ssid

1. get authenticate with ssid for first time, after rebooting any one of the device the ssid get disconnect and show below error.tried all possible combination Encryptions, also showing status as non compatible device in the summary bar. captive portal and open ssid are working properly for this case.

If the phone is Android 10 then it is probably CSCvu24770.

Can you tell us your WLC exact code/image number, also, can you please take a screenshot of the WLAN Layer2 security settings.

If the SSID is configured with WPA3 – Enterprise-192 then this AP type is not supporting it, check https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/feature-matrix/ap-feature-matrix.html#_Toc64463741

If the SSID is configured with WPA3-Enterprise transition mode (When WPA2-Enterprise and WPA3-Enterprise transition Mode are configured on the same SSID "mixed mode") then PMF should be set to capable (optional but not disabled). WPA3-Enterprise client/Device must negotiate PMF when associating to an AP using WPA3-Enterprise transition mode.
