      <title>Upgrade WCS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looking to upgrade WCS from ver 7.0.172.0 to ver 7.0.240.0.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it as simple as installing the exe ?
