Usually crashes are very difficult to be investigate by an non-TAC engineer as there will be lot of debug messages and logs generated during this process which can be understood or interpreted in a useful way only by TAC or Cisco Internal engineers. You can use the below bug search tool to check whether your AP behavior or logs can give you a match and if yes apply the workaround or upgrade.
