Hi Please see the below screenshot, which is Radios 5 Hz Band in WLC9800/AP9130. Under Tx Power Level Assignment, We want to change the value 6. but why Assignment Method is grayed out? How can we change it? Thanks

which software version you are using on WLC ?

Did you try with another browser ?

Thank you Sandeep for your reply. WLC ver is 17.3.4 joined with two kinds of AP: 9130 and 9117.

9117 can change its Assignment Method from Global to Custom, and then change value. but 9130 cannot because its grayed out. Does 9130 not support the function? I tried different browser, no difference is found. Thanks

I checked it. I can see it disabled. but the FRA works for whole c9800. it means FRA works for all APs joined to the wlc. Why ap9117 can work with FRA disabled? or we can say ap9117 does not need FRA? Thanks

There are 2 5GHz interfaces in 9130, do you have both enabled?

I have checked in one of my controllers, I can edit the power levels in all of my 9130. If the AP regulatory domains are ok, I would suggest to reach out to TAC.
