Password Problem with RV340W

I just got a Cisco RV340W Umbrella. In trying to set it up the directions say that both the username and password are cisco.

When I go to the address listed (192.168.1.1) and enter the given passwords I get an error stating that they are incorrect. I've tried the reset button but get the same results.

Any Suggestions?

STEP5. Enter the username and password. The default username is Cisco. The default password is cisco. Passwords are case-sensitive.

This doesn't help as by entering the default username (cisco) and the default password (cisco) generates the same error - Invalid username/password.

Try a different browser? see if that can make any difference. Can you post the screenshot what is the error you getting?

I've tried both Firefox and Edge. I get to the login screen, enter the default username nd password (both are cisco in lowercase) and iI get an error stating the username and/or password are incorrect. I've tried the Reset but still get the error.

Then contact Cisco support or your supplier for assistance.
