May I know how to grab AP Template we are using to push down to our units?

without some information about your environment (software and hardware, including versions) I can only guess!

if you use cisco Prime to push the templates, go to inventory, select the controller an start a "discover templates from device"

if you do not use some management platform,
you need to
- retrieve the running-config from the controller,
- extract the wlan configuration
- transfer this to the other controller(s)
