Hi,

We are using 3800 series of aps and 5500 series of WLC and I am facing an issue that multiple MAC user are getting disconnecting and connecting frequently

Please provide more relevant info:

1. What firmware is the controller running on?

2. What radio are the disconnection happening more frequently, 2.4 Ghz or 5 Ghz?

3. Are the clients tied to a specific OS? Apple, Windows, Android?

4. Did anyone verify the claim?

5. Did anyone replicate the issue?

Thanks for your response, I would like to know how I can check firmware of the controller and clients are using Apple and they are using 5GHZ
