What are you trying to do? Do you need a new image, is there a reason you can't use what is on the ap currently? You can download images as long as you have support. There are many guides on how to upload a new image depending on autonomous or capwap.

I can not configure the access point via web.
It seems to be due to firmware issues and I need to update it.
Unfortunately I am an "absolute beginner"

The model you have: AIR-CAP2702I-E-K9 is a capwap access point due to the "CAP" in the model. If you want to have this as a standalone, then you need to search the internet for an autonomous image for the 2702I. You will not be able to download this image unless you have a support contract, so the only way you can obtain this is to try to find it in the internet.

Now if you ever get the image, then search on the internet "capwap to autonomous conversion" and you will find blogs and videos on how to dow this.
