We are running the AIR-CTVM-K9 virtual wireless controller and are running into issues with apple devices connecting to all of our SSID's, we have SSID's using WPA2 authentication and 802.1.x authentication. Whenever you try and connect it simply says "Unable to join the network 'SSID'". Our other devices (mainly android and windows) have no issues connecting to these SSID's.

Whats the EAP method in use?

Does your clients have valid certificates?

Apple devices are running which IOS?

Do you have FT enabled/Adaptive under WLAN settings?

Did you check your Radius server as to whether the auth requests are hitting your server? Are you using any profiliing and posturing to allow access to the network?

Can you post a debug client output while trying to connect an apple device?

Check your radius server logs also. Are you saying that 100% of Apple devices are having this issue or not. You might want to look also at what devices and firmware is running. If you are pushing a profile, then review that profile as it can contain something that should or should not be enabled or changed.
