That is onboard process from connecting Local DHCP to Meraki Dashboard ?

what timings you see, i know it take easily 10-15min depends on connection.

Check whether your DHCP server has provided an IP for the AP

Check whether DNS servers are reachable.

Check all the upstream firewall rules are configured as per Meraki guide (Dashboard>>Help>>Firewall info)

Login to the AP local page, for this you need to know the IP assigned to the AP. May be you can check on the DHCP server. Local credentials can be found in Network-wide>>General. If the AP hasn't contacted the dashboard at least once then the local credentials will be the Serial number of the AP as Username. Password leave it empty.
