hello, I have an AP mobility express 1802i 8.6.101.0, the clients joined by radius are disconnected and I get this message in the logs:

I thought in the first instance to deactivate "fast transition" but it didn't help, the clients that connect through psk have no problems, only the radius clients disconnect

Can you see any logs from this client and/or AP in the RADIUS server log? Are you able to reach/ping the RADIUS server? Did you use correct share secret? Which EAP method is used?

Is this a new installation or did it work before?

I do not have access to the radius server, if I arrive by ping check the shared secret, I am using PAP, it is an old job
