Can you see any logs from this client and/or AP in the RADIUS server log? Are you able to reach/ping the RADIUS server? Did you use correct share secret? Which EAP method is used?

Is this a new installation or did it work before?

hello, I have an AP mobility express 1802i 8.6.101.0, the clients joined by radius are disconnected and I get this message in the logs:

*Dot1x_NW_MsgTask_0: Nov 22 16:06:02.462: %DOT1X-3-ABORT_AUTH: 1x_bauth_sm.c:487 Authentication Aborted
for client xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx Abort Reason:DOT1X RESTARTED DUE TO EAPOL-START/CLIENT ROAM
*apfReceiveTask: Nov 22 16:07:37.016: apfMsExpireMobileStation: Calling Delete STA from DMS DB by MAC Address
*apfReceiveTask: Nov 22 16:07:39.596: Sent Deauthenticate to STA: xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx on BSSID: xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx,
slotId: 0, vapId: 1

I thought in the first instance to deactivate "fast transition" but it didn't help, the clients that connect through psk have no problems, only the radius clients disconnect

I do not have access to the radius server, if I arrive by ping check the shared secret, I am using PAP, it is an old job
