Interference threshold On WCS

Can anyone give any general guidance on what these errors are. I am getting them on variuous APs of various models and building locations. Sometimes the APs even disassociate from the controller temporaily, but not all the time. Do they mean the bandwidth usage on the b/g/n interface is maxing out?

There is a threshold setting on the wLC you can set for a nuber of these alerts. If you are in an area where there are many WLAN's like in a downtown highrise:), then you can bump up the threshold so you won't get these alrerts too often. To me they are blah blah blah.... especially if I have no issues with clients complaining. Some things you can manage, so you can't like other wifi networks.

Thanks Scott. So what's the threshold being exceeded? Bandwidth? Other wifi devices? Interference (like a microwave)?

hi scot.

so what is the best setting ? can u provide some guidance that make the

nterference threshold violation wont trap to wcs? i can't find the right value to tuned the setting in wlc
