Really hard to understand what you are saying. First off, what equipment do you have, model and firmware. How many aps do you have, do all client have that issue or just a few. What type of encryption are you using on each ssid? Is there a specific ssid that is broken.

Hi

I´ve see this many time before related to authentication issue. If devices try to join the SSID too many times and fail on the authentication, it will be placed in a black list and SSID will desapear.

If you are using AIROS, look at Client Summary, Excluded Clients.

Algo, run deboug with "debug client mac address" and share logs.
