Lately I have a problem in joining a meeting using my laptop (using Window 10). The error message was " Can't start or join the meeting - We're having a problem connecting to the Webex Meetings Service. Check your network connection and try again."

At first I thought it was due to bad network connection, changing to another network does not help me connecting to the Webex meeting either. In addition, the Webex meeting works fine with my mobile phone using the same network.

Does anybody have any clue what is going on ?
