> What are the triggers for activating the failover

The healthmonitor on the secondary monitors the primary server for things like hardware failure, network failure, software failure and database failure.

Depending on whether it is configured for automatic or manual failover the switchover happens automatically or the administrator initiates failover.

> how much time is needed to switch back form secondary to primary WCS

Once the outage is over you can failback to the primary which basically takes as long as starting WCS.

> Is it indeed easy to configure, easy to maintain and does everything work properly:-)

It isn't hard to configure and in the lab and the customers I have seen using it the feature works well.
