WLC WEB Authentication Certificate installation error

Dear Sir,

I tried to download and install 3rd party certificate to WLC SW v 7.6.110

I followed the steps as this link said

and when I tried to download it to WLC, it gives me this error:

Error installing certificate.

- You may find this document useful : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/215425-troubleshoot-certificate-installation-on.html , note also that controller software version is very old , use modern release if possible.
