Hello,

I would recommend first validate the AP is in the correct AP join profile which has SSH enabled

Also, after SSH is enabled, credentials are necessary to fully enable SSH access, in the same AP join profile , in the management tab > User , make sure the credentials are there to login

If you still have issues reaching the APs , i would validate on any firewall/hops in between to ensure SSH is not being blocked

On my Flex connect setup (9800 LC WLC and 9120AXI-B AP running 17.3.3.26), I have 1 jointed AP, and in the AP Join profile it shows SSH and Telnet enabled and checked. I can ping but no SSH or Telnet.

The AP is registered and joined. Accepts clients, and shows healthy.

Tried to reboot controller and AP. Still no connectivity via SSH or telnet.
