is this possible if we can store running configuration of all cisco switches on Cisco ISE ?

is there any way please let me know.

ISE need look at more of the Identity engine - rather backup engine here.

You can do out of the box backup using many other ways, example, automated python script, or buy small tool cattools which does work for you on windows based.

If you are Linux environment - i take advantage and make Python backup script.

- As already mention ISE is targeted for NAC solutions only (network access control) , you need other product for that such as Cisco Prime ,which does this automatically

And this is not a mobility/wireless question. This question (management of switches) would be more appropriate in Network Management - Cisco Community
