    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Team,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two 5508 wlc in SSO-HA and i know that when primary will go down my standby will take over the primary responsibility right ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what happen in case primary wlc does not come up and get faulty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now what is the process step-by-step to replace the primary faulty one WLC with new one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is this possible in running environment or need to take any downtime ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please if anyone can provide me all the steps to complete this activities.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes if the primary go down, seconday able to serve.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;when the Primary faulty you need to go with RMA process and replace Primary as we do normally with basic setup :&lt;/P&gt;
