Hello Team,

I have two 5508 wlc in SSO-HA and i know that when primary will go down my standby will take over the primary responsibility right ?

what happen in case primary wlc does not come up and get faulty.

now what is the process step-by-step to replace the primary faulty one WLC with new one.

is this possible in running environment or need to take any downtime ?

Please if anyone can provide me all the steps to complete this activities.

yes if the primary go down, seconday able to serve.

when the Primary faulty you need to go with RMA process and replace Primary as we do normally with basic setup :
