As Leo has explained many times before on these forums: refer to an appropriate security advisory like https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/csa/cisco-sa-20171016-wpa.html - read the section entitled Customers Without Service Contracts

Email TAC (don't phone) referencing that notice and that paragraph and the linked bug ID for 3700 https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvg42682 with the fixed version number of your choice (like the one Marce suggested above) and ask TAC to provide it for you.

I have since tried to access downloads for Cisco ios images..Unfortunately I am required to find partner who sold me the device, an the worst thing is, I can't even use the device Serial number yet it is genuinely a Cisco device...How else can I gain access to an autonomous ios image for Cisco Aircap3720i?. I do not have another that I can copy an ios image from...

- Ref : https://software.cisco.com/download/home/285029865/type/284180979/release/15.3.3-JPM .

But you will always need a Service Contract for device , to get download rights , you can have a look at , you may feed the serial number in https://cway.cisco.com/sncheck/ , to get coverage status , but that (still) won't help you in argumenting download rights.

call Cisco licensing on 18005532447, they will associate the serial number with your cisco profile, then you can download the image.

or Cisco TAC can host the software for you to download.

hope this helps
