WCS Mac Filter import file

What format is this file in? I cannot find any examples in the Cisco documentation. I have 25 mac addresses I'd like to add without doing one at a time.

Sample csv file :

#MAC Address,Profile Name,Interface,Description

22:22:22:22:22:22,profile8,management,cisco

00:00:00:00:00:01,myprofile,int1,First filter

00:00:00:00:00:02,,management,Second filter

00:00:00:00:00:03,,,Third filter

Note: "MAC Address" and "Description" are mandatory fields

Most of the sample formats are at the bottom of the import section of the add template screen.
