      <description>&lt;P&gt;Contact Cisco TAC and organize for an RMA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.cisco.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/244975"&gt;@Rich R&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;has commented several times that the 1800 has had some problems and the best result is to just get it RMAed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
