In my case it is an AP2802.
DNA Center is currently on 2.2.3.6.
I'll see if I can push to jump to 2.3. and see if the issue persists. Although this will take some time.

Thank you.

Please keep me posted if anything changes.

Dear all,

I have a phenomenon where the Device 360 Page is not showing the current data.
I have an AP that is connected to a different WLC for (now) more then 2 Hours.
I tried resyncing all the WLC's but no success to get the newest information on the Device 360 Page.
In inventory the AP is showing everythign as it should be.

My question is when is this information in Device 360 being synced with the current information and/or can it be manually triggered sooner?

Thank you.

I'm hitting this issue with some AP3800, and less AP4800 and have rised a TAC case, and engineer told me to upgrade to 2.3 train as this fixes lot of DB issues before progressing into tshoot.
