No SSIDs after migration of APs to new Cisco 9800 WLC

After Configuring my WLC and Seting up everything necessary, I moved two AccessPoints to the new controller and after a while I couldn't see any SSIDs. I tried nearly eveything, but sadly no results. Right now, we have the old wlc 5508 and the new simultaniously. So yeah I thought about rogue detection, also there is a ntp server configured. Any Ideas?

Have you assigned a policy tag to your AP that contains your SSID? the policy tag includes the SSID that you want the AP to broadcast, the link below explains how to look at that:

yeah, I had a higher up look over the config, he said the configuration seems fine.

WLAN + Policy + VLAN ID

APJoinProfile + FlexProfile + Site Tag

RF Profile + RF TAG

AP Operation Configuration Viewer says its allright 😄😄

Moving the AccessPoint back to the old controller fixes the problem. But what could be causing this???

- Review/check the 9800 configuration with the CLI command : show tech wireless , have the output analyzed by https://cway.cisco.com/tools/WirelessAnalyzer/ , please note do not use classical show tech-support (short version) , use the command denoted in green for Wireless Analyzer. Look and or correct the given advisories especially critical ones.

Check "show ap name YOURAPHERE tag detail" and "tag info" to look for mis-spelling
