      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hallo,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am testing OEAP but the section where I am to enable it is greyed out. Does anyone have an idea why this is the case?       <description>&lt;P&gt;You haven't mentioned what AP model you're trying to configure or what version of software you're running on the 5520?&lt;BR /&gt;As per&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/8-10/config-guide/b_cg810/configuring_officeextend_access_points.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/8-10/config-guide/b_cg810/configuring_officeextend_access_points.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"All the supported indoor AP models with integrated antenna can be configured as OEAP except the AP-700I, AP-700W, and &lt;SPAN class="ph"&gt;AP802&lt;/SPAN&gt; series access points."&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had the native VLAN in the WLC enabled, which automatically disabled OfficeExtend AP. On disabling the Native Vlan, all the APs could be used as OEAP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
