WCS 4.2 - Client count

Hi all,

Currently deploying a LWAPP project consisting of 240 APs. I have 4 unit of 4400 wlc and managed thru wcs 4.2.

The problem is, i cannot get the client count going at WCS. Even when there are clients connected the page and graph keep showing 0 count.

I can see the correct client count via WLC individual web mgmt. This is quite disappointing.

Anybody have dealt with this problem before?

I have seen this when the version controller code was at 4.1.x and the WCS was running version 4.2.

Once we upgraded the wireless controllers, the client count was correct.

Yes. Correct.

My controller was 4.0.x. After upgrade client count works perfectly!
