How I can disable this config from CLI.

what code running, i see some issues with Chrome, after the upgrade to 17.6.4 it was fixed.

try firefox

So the screen shot is prior to hitting apply? If you are on the cli, all you have to do is run the following command and the delete the line that you entered before it was broke.

show run | in ip http

show start | in ip http

The above will show you the commands that were configured. If you didn't save the config you can always copy start run.
