Some IPAD 9 devices not connecting to my cisco 1117 Router

I have tried to connect many devices with my wifi using cisco 1117 Router .But the Ipad 9 devices are not connecting to them using the correct username and password.Kindly suggest what could be the possible reason for it ?

Please provide useable information:

What is the error message if the iPads cannot connect to the WiFi
Is the AP CAPWAP or ME?
What is the firmware of the APs?
What happens if the iPads connect to an SSID with open authentication?

You've not even bothered to answer half of Leo's questions so it's really not possible to give you a meaningful answer!
If you want our help at least make the effort to answer the questions to provide the absolute minimum info required.

Since you say it's CAPWAP it must be connected to a WLC so you should also run a client debug on the MAC address of one of the affected devices on the WLC (while trying to connect) to see what that shows. You can use https://cway.cisco.com/wireless-debug-analyzer/ to decode the debug output for you.
