Follow the below steps :

Connect the console cable -

- Press and hold the MODE button while reconnecting the power cable to AP. ( or connecting to PoE switch)

- Press the MODE button till the Ethernet LED turns to RED (or Amber), then release the button (Pressing time will be around 10-20 seconds). Sometimes AP will go into boot mode, then we must enter the command “boot” and press enter.

- Now Access Point will reboot and we can configure it again via console or web interface.

If you are already logged in on CLI then simply: erase /all nvram:
Then reload without saving config.

1. None of those logs show an erase command being used?
2. The logs show the AP was reloaded not power cycled.

If you power cycle and use the mode button that will be clearly shown in the logs.

Another thing to consider (possibly) - these APs emulate NVRAM: but it's actually stored on the flash: but flash: corruption is a common problem. Have you done fsck on the flash: and power cycled the AP followed by another fsck for good measure?
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/703/fn70330.html
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless-mobility/wireless-lan-wlan/213317-understanding-various-ap-ios-flash-corru.html

ps: power cycle means disconnect and reconnect power source - not reload command.

Then the flash must have gone read-only so you have faulty hardware which needs to be replaced. The hardware is already end of support so Cisco won't replace it for you so suggest you upgrade to something more current.

Note that in that case I would expect to see at least some errors in the logs to alert you to that. If you had just provided full console logs from power on (in text file form not pdf of screenshots) then we might have seen those errors and diagnosed the problem without wasting so much time back and forth!

I thought we had already concluded you have faulty hardware?
What are you hoping to achieve through further debugging?

If you really want further help from people here then capture the full console log from your AP console port to a TEXT file (not a screenshot, not a PDF) saved as <filename of your choice>.txt showing EVERYTHING from the AP console from the moment you turn on the power with every command you type and every response the AP gives. Attach that text file to your reply here as a file attachment. You are drip feeding tiny titbits of information making a complete view and accurate diagnosis impossible.

Regarding your debug commands - lwapp and capwap (lwapp pre-dates capwap) only apply to a lightweight (controller based) AP (k9w8 IOS). You stated that your AP is running autonomous (k9w7) IOS so those are not valid options on an autonomous AP. Scott already replied to your previous reply saying "Look at the bottom of my notes under rommon".
