&lt;P&gt;Upgrading to 8.5.182.7 will probably resolve your issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;post your boot log and we should be able to tell more precise. usually the download stops in me conversion because of code certificate expiry as said by David and there are field notes. but upgrading the me, some time you may need to go down to a capwap code level like 15.3.3.JPN1 and like that and try to upgrade then to me. also sometime your upgrade messed up your storage flash and there are filed notes you need to ubi the delete file system and create the storage again. good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
