9800L Day 0 setup issue with serial number

Just installing new 9800L,found the video anout connecting to port use getting a DHCP address and using the Gui.

Video says to username webui and password is the serial number of the box, which have tried, but this isn't working, done in lower case, upcase.

Ver 17.03.04c

Any ideas?

- One possible cause might be that entering serial numbers is prone to errors such as switching digits and letters , if it keeps bumping on you just configure it through a console with the setup process where you can define an administrative user too (in the IOS running and startup config when finishing ) ,
Adding : validate the serial number you are trying in the GUI with : https://cway.cisco.com/sncheck/

I will also reommend you to setup the box from CLI as @Mark Elsen said.
