iPhone Can't connect to PEAP WIFI network

Dear Sir or Madam

I can't connect to our company WIFI network use my iPhone,

My colleagues who use iPhone all have this issue.

Our WIFI network use Cisco EAP-PEAP authentication, if I use laptop to join WIFI, should be config it like this:

if I use Android to join, should be like this:

If I use iPhone try to join, will have a error message "can't connect this network".

Could you please help me to fix this issue?

I had contacted to Apple technical support, they feedback I should contact Cisco for help,

Maybe there need install some application or plug-in in my iPhone to support Cisco EAP-PEAP security method.

My iPhone can successfully connect to OPEN SSID.
It can working under WEP, WAP, WAP2 authentication method without any problem.
Could you please give me some suggestion for this issue?

I found this information in another forum in regards to using EAP-GTC:
"You need to create a configuration profile to use PEAPv1/EAP-GTC on Mac and iOS. It is not a user selectable EAP method. "

I did these steps:
1.Click the SSID "Data-SF-Mgic";

2.Show 2 input box: username and passwords, there are no other options;

3.Click "connect" button after input username and passwords.

4.Show error message "Can't connect to this network"

You need to use something like this:

I suggest you switch from EAP-GTC to "EAP-PEAP with MsCHAPv2" if you want to use username/password combination for authentication.
