users facing disconnection while roaming

Hello Team,

Please find the issue, users are facing wifi disconnection while connected to corporate ssid.

There is centralised wlc and all other location AP's associated with this wlc and fast transition is enabled in wlan.

And the roaming issue is with only one location.

while client roaming they getting failed in key exchange.

It is very unlikly that the cause of the problem be configuration if only one site face the problem while others not.

Instead of wlan configuration you could provide the output of debug client for clients on that location. Enable debug client and ask the user to move around útil it drops and share the output.

I would say this might be client problem.

I've been working in some roaming issues during the last month with C9800 and today after talking to a BU guy he told me we are hitting defect id CSCwd91054.
The conditions are fast roaming enabled and APs in Flexconnect mode, and Windows machines.
As Cisco bug is showing only the minor release where this have been reported, it seems to impact all codes as this is a shared defect with Microsoft, as Windows turns to use SKC instead keep using OKC. I'm running 17.9.3 and there is an APSP which I'm implementing to fix it, but other codes are receiving the patch in the next version.

To see if this is your case, and you match conditions, enable client debugging and look for "pmkid invalid" or "pmkid validate false"
