      <title>9130 acess point image upgrade manually</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help the steps to upgrade the image to cisco access point manually through tftp in cli.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The access point keeps reloading and not able type any commands.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried resetting through the mode button but no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here the actual issue, the access point not joining the wlc (cat-os 17.9.2) and cisco tac confirmed the image is corrupted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So trying to upload the new image to the access point manually through console.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If Cisco TAC has confirmed "the image is corrupt" then why did TAC not provide the step-by-step instruction(s) on how to re-load/re-flash the firmware into the AP?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Re-engage TAC and ask them to send the instructions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it was up to me, I'd RMA the AP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Agree with Leo - TAC *should* have given you the procedure to use but that reflects the poor quality TAC support which is all too common these days!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you haven't already resolved it then you can do it yourself following these instructions:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9120axi-access-point/217537-repairing-c9120-c9115-access-points-from.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9120axi-access-point/217537-repairing-c9120-c9115-access-points-from.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The title doesn't mention 9130 but it's the same process for 9130 and when you go to the download page you'll see the 9130 image there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
