WLC 2504 Controlller / AIR-CAP2602I-E-K9 / Self Signed Certificate

How can I upload SSC Certificate from WLC 2504 (8.5.182.0) and add this Certificate to the AP AIR-CAP2602I-E-K9.

Please help.

Not sure what you are trying to accomplish, but, in order to download file FROM the WLC, you need to use the UPLOAD option under COMMANDS, then, select what you want to download from the WLC and use the transfer mode. By selecting TFTP you need to assign one TFTP server from your network.

The link Marce provided is for vWLC SSC but you said 2504 so that doesn't apply.
As Marce said though, you might be thinking of the reverse - adding an AP SSC to the WLC - which is documented at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/4400-series-wireless-lan-controllers/70341-manual-add-ssc.html

But that said, I don't believe 2600 supports SSC so I don't think that is even a possibility for you.

What made you think you needed to upload SSC Certificate from WLC 2504 (8.5.182.0) to the AP AIR-CAP2602I-E-K9?

Maybe you are just confused by one of the bugs addressed in the field notices below like FN63942 or FN72524?
Make sure you upgrade to 8.5.182.7 (link below) to address FN72524 and if you're affected by FN63942 then follow the instructions in that carefully but here they are briefly:
- disable NTP and set WLC time to before cert(s) expired
- Enter the config ap cert-expiry-ignore mic enable and config ap cert-expiry-ignore ssc enable commands on the WLC
- Allow AP to join so that it can update software and get new config (above) from the WLC
- When AP is up to date re-enable NTP on the WLC
