Hello Cisco Prime Freaks,

I would like to filter on WLAN APs in maps using 2.4GHz.

But Prime is always starting with a wrong filter-statement of 6Ghz-radio on 2.4GHz-map:

Unfortunately I cannot delete the wrong filter argument.

I tried in vain already several Browsers.

Therefore the results is always empty.

Seems like a bug or ?

Please check and correct.

Kind regards

Wini

Hello Flavio,

I cannot see thebutton to remove the filter statement.

Only valid choices are "Add rule" and "GO"

The existing fields are greyed and cannot be edited.

Kind regards

Wini

The filter I highlighted is greyed but if you rover the mouse over it, it become blue and you can select the frequency.

What I noticed in a Prime 3.10..2, is that if I select 2.4Ghz on that filter, the information I will see on the right side is related to 6Ghz, probably this is a bug.

But, if I select 5Ghz it show correctly and if I select "2.4Ghz & 5Ghz" is also show correctly.

Hello Flavio,

so You can also confirm that this is a bug:

What I noticed in a Prime 3.10..2, is that if I select 2.4Ghz on that filter, the information I will see on the right side is related to 6Ghz, probably this is a bug.

That is exactly my problem.

Background:

I want to filter all WLAN-APs using 2.4GHz-antenna to check FRA-settings.

But I cannot change the predefined "6-GHz"-Filter statement appearing on the right side:

This is a clear bug and should be corrected.

Kind regards

Wini

It will only be corrected if reported to TAC and they open a bug for it though so if you want it fixed be sure to open a TAC case. Someone else may already have reported it in which case TAC will advise the bug ID and when (if) it is expected to be fixed.
