Hi Team,

i have observed one issue where for1 AP, users are having issues to access interent when they already connected to that AP. Initially user can connect and can access internet but after 30-40secs they are loosing internet access and remain connected on AP.

Same users are working perfectly on another neighbor APs with no issues. WLC is with 8.10.183.0 image

I am suspecting hardware issue for that AP as even doing factory reset issue remains.

Anyone have inputs here?

  - You may want to try a reboot of the particular AP and check if that can help , if desired you can also do client debugging according to https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/aironet-1200-series/100260-wlc-debug-client.html , note that you can have client debugs processed and analyzed with : https://cway.cisco.com/wireless-debug-analyzer/
             Also consider https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/200046-tac-recommended-aireos.html , if applicable ,
