I don't know the correlation between Channel Width and DBS.

To use best channel bonding
Set Channel Width to BEST
Should I set DBS to Max Allowed?

As above, if DBS is 40Mhz,
Is 80Mhz bonding dynamically disabled?

DBS only works when the channel width is set to BEST.
