Hello Team,

I have a setup with 2504 cisco WLC where my SSIDs are configured with MAC filtering authentication.

Currently I have 712 entries and I believe 2048 is max limit, whats strange is Mac entries are automatically getting deleted for random users and I will have to add them every time again if that user has to be authenticated. This behavior is random to multiple users and I am unable to identify why the entries are getting deleted automatically.

Can anyone suggest me as why is it happening as such.

Thanks,

Rajesh

And you should obviously make sure you're running the latest code version which is currently 8.5.182.11 (link below) - also check all field notices and release notes for compatibility with all your APs.
